2、對(duì)于2mm以上厚度鋼板的筒體焊接，由于焊縫的間隙比較大，采用工件的母材自身熔化不能填平焊縫，形成焊接缺陷，這時(shí)需要加上自動(dòng)填絲機(jī)構(gòu)，在焊接過(guò)程中增加金屬的熔化量來(lái)填平焊縫，達(dá)到高質(zhì)量的焊縫。

2. For the cylinder welding of steel plate with thickness more than 2mm, due to the large gap of the weld, the base metal of the workpiece can't fill the weld, forming welding defects. 3、直縫自動(dòng)焊機(jī)的熱源選擇：直縫自動(dòng)焊機(jī)的熱源主要有鎢極氬弧焊機(jī)、等離子焊機(jī)、CO2/MIG/MAG熔化極氣體保護(hù)焊機(jī)、埋弧焊機(jī)、激光焊機(jī)等。對(duì)于鋁、鎂及合金等，一般采用交流氬弧焊機(jī)或者M(jìn)IG焊機(jī)焊接。對(duì)于不銹鋼可采用除CO2/MAG焊機(jī)以外的所有直流焊機(jī)。對(duì)于普通碳鋼可采用上述所有焊機(jī)。

3. Heat source selection of straight seam automatic welding machine: the heat source of straight seam automatic welding machine mainly includes tungsten argon arc welding machine, plasma welding machine, CO2 / MIG / MAG metal electrode gas protection welding machine, submerged arc welding machine, laser welding machine, etc. For aluminum, magnesium and alloy, AC argon arc welding machine or MIG welding machine is generally used.
