1、傾斜傳動平穩(wěn)，在負(fù)載下不抖動，整機(jī)不能翻轉(zhuǎn)。當(dāng)負(fù)載 Q超過25 kg時(shí)，應(yīng)有電源驅(qū)動功能。

2、設(shè)置限位裝置，控制傾角和角度指示標(biāo)志。

1、旋轉(zhuǎn)驅(qū)動電機(jī)要實(shí)現(xiàn)無級調(diào)速，并能實(shí)現(xiàn)制動。

1. The rotary drive motor needs to achieve stepless speed regulation and be able to achieve braking.

2、在旋轉(zhuǎn)速度范圍內(nèi)，承受負(fù)荷時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)速波動不超過百分之5。

1、變位機(jī)應(yīng)設(shè)置導(dǎo)電裝置，以避免焊接電流穿過軸承、齒輪等傳動部位。導(dǎo)電性設(shè)備的電阻不能超過1 mΩ，且其容量要滿足焊接額定電流的要求。

1. The positioner should be equipped with conductive devices to prevent welding current from passing through transmission parts such as bearings and gears. The resistance of conductive equipment should not exceed 1 m Ω, and its capacity should meet the requirements of welding rated current.

2、變位機(jī)的控制部分應(yīng)設(shè)置聯(lián)動接口，用于自動焊接。

3、工作臺的構(gòu)造應(yīng)方便工件或夾具的安裝，也可以通過與用戶協(xié)商確定其結(jié)構(gòu)形式。

4、負(fù)荷與偏心距和距的數(shù)據(jù)，應(yīng)在變頻機(jī)使用說明書中明確說明。
