1、電纜的選擇應(yīng)該選擇銅材，畢竟銅的電阻小，導(dǎo)電性能好，相對其他銀基材料適中，發(fā)熱量少。

1. The selection of cables should be made of copper material, as copper has low resistance, good conductivity, and is relatively affordable compared to other silver based materials, with less heat generation.

2、電纜結(jié)構(gòu)選擇銅板還是多股銅線，要看使用場合。一般來說電流越大，結(jié)構(gòu)和動作固定，更適合直接選擇銅板。而小電流的情況下，具有獨(dú)立輸出變壓器和獨(dú)立焊接機(jī)構(gòu)的情況下，一般選擇多股銅線。2萬安培以上的精密逆變點(diǎn)焊機(jī)輸出一般直接采用紫銅板，而2萬安培以下輸出的電流情況下，一般采用柔性的多股銅線，而且單股銅絲越細(xì)，柔性越好。

3. How long is the copper wire used? In theory, the shorter the better, because the shorter the resistance, the smaller the heat generation. Some customers blindly request that our spot welding machine be equipped with longer cables, which is actually completely unnecessary. When generating more heat, copper plate water-cooled or water-cooled flexible secondary cables can be used.

4、次級電纜表面的絕緣問題，在使用率不高的情況下，也可以說電纜溫度不高的情況下可以直接采用硅膠管或者熱縮套管絕緣，發(fā)熱嚴(yán)重的，可以選擇耐高溫的尼龍網(wǎng)管進(jìn)行絕緣。

4. The insulation problem on the surface of secondary cables can be directly solved by using silicone tubing or heat shrink tubing when the usage rate is not high or the cable temperature is not high.
