自動(dòng)焊接設(shè)備是電子工業(yè)中比較常見(jiàn)的一種自動(dòng)化焊接技術(shù)，它具有焊接質(zhì)量可靠，焊點(diǎn)光亮、飽滿(mǎn)、一致性好、操作簡(jiǎn)單、節(jié)約能源、降低工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度等特點(diǎn)。

1、焊接電源、其輸出功率和焊接特性一定要與所采用的焊接工藝方法相匹配，并配有與主控制器相連的接口。

2、對(duì)于送絲機(jī)及其調(diào)速控制系統(tǒng)，送絲機(jī)對(duì)送絲速度的控制精度要求較高，送絲機(jī)控制電路一定要加速度反饋。

2. For the wire feeder and its speed control system, the wire feeder requires high precision in controlling the wire feeding speed, and the wire feeder control circuit must have acceleration feedback.

3、焊頭采用其移動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，由焊頭、焊頭支撐架、懸掛小車(chē)等組成。它基于精細(xì)焊頭機(jī)構(gòu)，其驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)一定要采用帶編碼器的伺服電機(jī)。

3. The welding head adopts its moving mechanism, consisting of welding head, welding head support frame, suspension trolley, etc. It is based on a fine welding head mechanism, and its driving system must use a servo motor with an encoder.

4、焊件移動(dòng)或位移的機(jī)構(gòu)，如焊接滾輪架、頭尾架車(chē)床、轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)、變位機(jī)等。精細(xì)移動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)一定要由伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)。

4. The mechanism for moving or shifting welding parts, such as welding roller frames, head and tail frame lathes, turntables, displacement machines, etc. Fine moving mechanisms must be driven by servo motors.

7、計(jì)算機(jī)軟件。焊接設(shè)備常用的計(jì)算機(jī)軟件有：編程軟件、功能軟件、工藝方法軟件、系統(tǒng)等。

7. Computer software. The commonly used computer software for welding equipment includes programming software, functional software, process method software, expert systems, etc.

8、焊頭跟蹤或?qū)驒C(jī)構(gòu)、弧壓自動(dòng)控制器、焊槍偏航及監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。

9、送絲系統(tǒng)、循環(huán)水冷卻系統(tǒng)、流量輸送和回收裝置、焊絲架、拖鏈及電纜軟管機(jī)構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、三部分電控設(shè)計(jì)等輔助裝置。

9. Auxiliary devices such as wire feeding system, circulating water cooling system, flow conveying and recovery device, welding wire rack, drag chain and cable hose structure design, and three part electrical control design.

10、自動(dòng)焊接設(shè)備又稱(chēng)機(jī)械臂，是自動(dòng)化焊接設(shè)備的重要組成部分。其主要工作包括：焊接、切割、熱射、搬運(yùn)等。

10. Automatic welding equipment, also known as robotic arms, is an important component of automated welding equipment. Its main tasks include welding, cutting, hot spraying, handling, etc.

焊接操作機(jī)依靠著這些組成部分和特殊結(jié)構(gòu)，可以與專(zhuān)用的變位機(jī)和滾輪架實(shí)現(xiàn)構(gòu)件的一次裝夾，大幅提高生產(chǎn)效率和加工精度。

Welding operators rely on these components and special structures to achieve one-time clamping of components with specialized displacement machines and roller frames, greatly improving production efficiency and processing accuracy.
